Thanks for trying this Google Gadget! To start the fun, use the edit controls to select the Function "Christmas Snow Globe"

Most installations of the Christmas Snow Globe don't work as well with Internet Explorer. (For example, the animations will be much slower and there may be some skipping in the sounds) If you are still using IE this would be a good time to switch to the Firefox browser.

Click on the globe at any time to make it snow.

You can enter your own holiday greeting in the Message field.

You can select your own Background scene or use the [Random Scene] setting to see a different scene each time. Select [Rotate Scenes] to see all the scenes sequentially, Select [One Scene Per Day] to cycle through all the scenes one day at a time

You can choose a song with the Sound selection or use the [Random Song] setting to play a different song each time.

Use the Always Snowing checkbox to make it keep snowing all the time. Otherwise it will only snow when you click on the globe

Sprites are little surprising images of ornaments and gifts. To prevent them from being displayed clear the Show Sprites checkbox.
